ck44 loging (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Service") is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. Key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "User" or "Member" — any person who has registered on ck44 loging and uses the service.
• "Account" — a user's personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional benefit offered by the platform, usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Transaction" — a deposit, withdrawal, or any other financial activity.

2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, the platform reserves the right to close both accounts.

Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. The member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their username and password.

• The password must not be shared with anyone, and no third party may be allowed to use the account.

• Selling, transferring, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification is mandatory to change the registered mobile number or email.

The relevant member is responsible for any misuse of their account or any form of fraud. ck44 loging accepts no liability for losses arising from a member's negligence.

4.1 Transaction Verification

The platform ensures identity verification is completed before processing a withdrawal request. For suspicious transactions, additional documents may be requested and processing may be temporarily placed on hold.

4.2 Approved Payment Methods

Only payment accounts registered in the member's own name may be used. Using a third party's payment method may result in account suspension and cancellation of the transaction. For bank transfers, any scheduled bank in Bangladesh is accepted, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; bets worth ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed to withdraw the bonus funds.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus applies to one account only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are only permitted once the wagering requirement is met.
• Different contribution rates may apply to certain games for bets placed with bonus funds.
• ck44 loging reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• A bonus may be cancelled if unusual betting behaviour or bonus abuse is suspected.

ck44 loging's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Example: If a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Moving to a higher tier depends on betting activity and depth of engagement with the platform. Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and full terms are available in the VIP section.

All games on ck44 loging are operated with complete fairness using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Members must follow the code of conduct below:

• Using bots, automated software, or hacking methods of any kind is prohibited.
• Taking unfair advantage of game errors or technical issues is strictly prohibited; such situations must be reported to the platform.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other members or platform staff is not permitted.
• Collusion or coordinated betting is strictly prohibited, particularly in live casino and sports betting.

7.1 Game Results

If a game result is not conclusively displayed due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. For minor technical errors, the result saved on the server will be treated as final.

The sports betting section allows betting on various events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket. The following terms apply to sports betting:

• Bets must be placed before the designated time; in live betting, bets may be placed after the match has started, but odds change instantly.
• In cricket, the rules for determining results differ between Test and limited-overs matches.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, single bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For multi-bets, if one selection is voided, that selection will be removed and the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

10.1 KYC Process

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal or large transaction. Typically, a copy of a national ID or passport and proof of payment account are requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.

ck44 loging reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Fraud, bonus abuse, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (generally 12 months).

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request the support team to close their account at any time. Before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances.

The platform's decision will be considered final, however we commit to reviewing all complaints fairly and impartially.

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's negligence.
• Financial losses from betting — betting is inherently a risk.
• Fraud carried out through third parties outside the platform.

However, if a member suffers actual financial loss due to a technical error on the platform, the matter will be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

ck44 loging reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. In case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Members have the full right to close their account if they object to the new terms.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. This document is the authoritative version.
